Stopping & Starting

Things I need to stop doing:

  • Eating Halloween Candy
  • Worrying so much
  • Leaving the TV on when I am not watching it
  • Drinking soda
  • Hiding in my house

Things I need to start doing:

  • Walking every day
  • Eating my vegetables
  • Cooking again
  • Appreciating each day I have with my sweet baby

I am sure there are many more things I could add, but these are the things on my mind tonight.  Just found out my cholesterol and BMI are too high. Better get on this sooner rather than later.
