Week (14) in Phone Photos

I was a total slacker at the beginning of the week, so most of these are from later in the week.

Spencer was a little bit of a nap resistor this week, so a few emergency car naps were needed.

Needless to say, we ate the whole bag. Quickly.

Hanging out in grandma’s kitchen. He likes to count and throw the fruit. The lemons have a much better survival rate than the avocados.

Hobo baby does stroller yoga. There was a little shoe and sock abandon at the mall. Luckily, I saw everything as it flew out of the stroller.

We went to a birthday party at a friend’s house. Spencer had a lot of fun bashing himself in the face with tether ball and playing with the older kids.

Spencer loved running around in their big yard…

…and chased their thankfully very, very child tolerant dog around. For hours.

There is our slightly photographed week. Hope you had a good one. As usual, you can head over to Amy’s to get the code to put the links on your blog. Or just join in from any participating blog.

I can just picture a toddler trying to play tetherball. Whack…BAM in the nose! Whack…BAM in the back of the head! Maybe I’m a bad person but it sounds hilarious.

Toddler tether ball is the funniest thing ever. Spencer’s super secret skill? Pushing the ball. With his face. It almost makes me want to install one now. I just want to see the awesomeness of TWO toddlers playing tether ball.

I know what I am looking for next time to go to Trader Joes! Is hobo baby hanging out in a Joovy stroller? It looks similar to the one we just bought for baby on the way but have yet to find anyone that actually has one. Fruit throwing is a competitive sport at the grocery store for Maddie- most of our fruit comes home bruised.

    Amy Reply:

No, it was from Target. Maybe a Circo stroller?

Tether ball is awesome! Looks like a fun week.

    Baby Hobo made me LOL.
Which was greatly needed this afternoon.

Would you believe me if I told you I have never ever played either Tetherball or handball? Bill finds this ludicrous, but we didn’t have those things where I lived.

  5. so you mean to say that the throwing of items from the stroller won’t be ending for us anytime soon? boo.
and spencer shouldn’t feel bad… i still hit myself in the face when playing tetherball. aint no shame in it.

  6. Ah! Toddler tetherball…so amazing. I’m sure it was hilarious watching him smack himself in the face. Why do we as moms find pleasure in that?? ;)
