Strawberry Yogurt Parfait

This is one the dumbest, easiest and most delicious dessert ever. It takes a minute to make and is fun for all ages. These sat for just over an hour in the fridge and the graham crackers stayed crunchy. I think this would be a fun addition to an Easter brunch or dinner. It’s almost full-on strawberry season. WOOT!

Strawberry Yogurt Parfait

Serves 3 (recipe easily adjusts up or down, I just happen to make 3)

3 graham crackers

6 ounces greek yogurt (plain or honey flavor)

3-4 strawberries, rinsed, cored and sliced

1. Crumble one graham cracker in the bottom of each single serving dish.

2.Top with 2 ounces of yogurt, spreading it out a bit

3. Top with strawberries and a teeny dollop of yogurt

4. If the strawberries are tart, sprinkle with raw sugar or a little bit of honey.

4. Stuff your face

    Mmmm….I want….mmm…

My cousins’ great-grandma had a strawberry patch in her yard. I was always so jealous b/c I totally heart strawberries the most.

I’m definitely doing this ASAP. Can’t believe I never thought to do it this way before! Thank you internets and Amy!
