Eight Years is Bronze, I guess

My husband and I got married eight years ago today. We both neglected to get gifts or cards (at least I hope so, I did nothing) but joked last night about casting bronze busts while sleeping. Good night! Don’t mind the wax. And this is why we are meant to be.

This is (part of) one of my favorite pictures from my wedding. It shows us all walking after the wedding and the back light is awesome and it looks like a still from a foreboding wedding march in a mafia movie. It was not taken by our shitty wedding photographer. I am still annoyed at that guy. Sniff the flower, indeed. I should find the hideous me and my bouquet pictures. They are so awful. No bride should look that angry at her daisies.

Happy Anniversary & congrats on 8 years! I also had a horrible wedding photographer- I shouldn’t care anymore, but it still makes my blood boil.

Isn’t it funny what can still make us bonkers?

So funny how after a few years of marriage the gifts just don’t seem to matter as much.

I think you guys need a new photo shoot ;)
