Bestowed is a monthly box of YUM {sponsored}

It is no secret that I adore monthly boxes. It’s like giving myself a little present of surprise treats once a month. (Or twice a month, because maybe I get one with make-up in it too…)  When Bestowed offered me the chance to review a box, I said yes with absolutely no hesitation.

I love that the focus of the Bestowed box is healthy foods, so even though they might still be a treat (the Nonni’s THINaddictives Cranberry Almond Thins (only 100 calories per serving) were so good Spencer only let me have a third of one and then he ran off and finished the rest himself) they are still in the healthy camp.

Luckily I snapped a shot of the box right when it came because over the next few days, things started disappearing. My husband who usually dislikes pre-popped bagged popcorn said the Popcorn, Indiana FIT Sea Salt Popcorn was the best he’d ever had. I got to try a single popped kernel. Verdict – delicious!

The contents of this month’s Bestowed box were La Tortilla Factory White Whole Wheat Soft Wrap Minis, Funky Monkey Fruit Snacks, Happy Family Happy Squeeze Greek Yogurt (a certain someone named Spencer was not pleased there was only one of these in the box), Nonni’s THINaddictives Cranberry Almond Thins, Pacific Natural Foods Hazelnut Chocolate Dairy-Free Milk, Peals Black Pitted Olives To Go, Popcorn, Indiana FIT Popcorn, and Somersault Snack Co Cinnamon Crunch Somersaults. That is A LOT of snacking to fit in a box.

It isn’t easy trying to get a clear pic when Spencer and snacks are involved.

The box packaging is super cute and I love that it comes with a little booklet with information about the foods. The booklet also included information about where to buy the items in the box and lots are available just in grocery stores or big box retailers as well instead of just being found at specialty retailers or online.  Nothing worse than loving a new food find and finding out it is hard to buy.  Plus recipes, including one for a lunch wrap with the whole wheat wraps that looks delicious, but I haven’t tried out yet.

If you are interested in trying out a Bestowed box, they are running a great special offer right now. Just use the code HELLOTEN094 to get $9 off your first box. That would make a box only $10 (which is a super good deal). And be on the lookout for the new all no-GMO box in recognition of no-GMO month in October.

Bestowed Box

I was provided with a free Bestowed box to review, no other compensation was received. All opinions are my own and all the food was delicious. Well, I technically can’t talk about the chocolate hazelnut milk because everyone is afraid to try it. But we will. Soon.
