- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 pound 85% lean ground beef
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon curry powder, plus extra to taste
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 package egg roll wrappers

How to Make
